I love went across town to this location. When I went inside the stylist was angry that I checked in at the Evans location. I told them I was leaving and went to the Augusta location. She spent the whole time being angry that I went to the other location. And then this one. After she argued with me and asked if she still wanted my business, I left

Have been coming here to the Augusta, Washington walk location for several years. Couldn’t check in on line since my stylist wasn’t in. Got there 30 minutes early and waited for her then to be jumped in front of by someone that walked in quicker. Sat for an hour. Always. Always, the manager Stephanie is super UNpleasant and wouldn’t help with the situation. Rude!!! Not happy !!!!!

I have been going to Sports Clips for many years and have always enjoyed the service. This time was a total disappointment. This was my first time to this Sportsclips at Augusta, GA, store # GA503. I used the online app to make my appointment which said the wait time was "0". When I arrived at the store 5-10 min later, with my mask on. There were two stylists and two customers in the chairs, no one in the waiting room. My mane was listed as next up. The lady, "Stephanie" asked me to register and then to wait in my car and they would text me. Though it was pouring rain, I went back to my car and waited. After ten minutes, I observed one of the customers leaving the store. I waited for my text, but none came, so I checked the app and it said I was up, so I went back into the store through the pouring rain. One customer was still getting his hair cut and no one else was in the store. Stephanie was in the back and came out and told me to go back to my car and they would page me. It was still pouring rain and I was clearly up next so I asked her if I could just wait by the door (I had my mask on.) she said no, that it was policy and to leave. I am a 57 y/o diabetic and did not want to go through the rain yet again, I said I would just stand by the door till she was ready for me. She proceeded to sweep and vacuum the whole store, taking as much time as she could, like she was waiting for the other lady to finish, but she didn't and finally she had me sit at her chair. I told her I understood the policy, but in my situation it was silly to make me again go into the rain, when clearly I was up in any moment and the store was vacant. Stephanie had enough of me talking and ordered me out of the store. I objected, and she said she would call the police. After all the waiting and walking in the rain, and standing by the door, I did not get my hair gut. Stephanie is a horrible manger and has no compassion for older customers. She was going to order me around and use "the policy" as an excess. Really she should have offered me to sit in her chair for the few moments till she was ready, or at least agreed to me standing my the door for a few minutes. Stephanie does not reflect the customer service nature of your business, is loud and mean, and should not be a manager or even an employee of your company.

Jessica Ewanis cut my sons hair back in Jan and she did phenomenal . I was able to go back to her today and she did an amazing job. She is such a kind person but she took up time with my son who is autistic and made him feel loved. I love her and I think she is just awesome. She was so sweet to him and never made me feel like I was imposing. I think she rocks. If you have a special needs child you need to go there and she will make you feel welcomed and take time up with your child or teen. Thank you Jessica for going out of your way and helping me and working things out . You are truly an angel. We need more of her in this world. You can tell that is her gift and she knows what she is doing. Good job and I will definitely be back

Checked on-line. Recommended 4:08. Got there at 4:10 but I really had to use the restroom. I checked in and was “on deck” As I walked in to use the restroom, Stephanie was walking out and when I came back she was with another customer and my waiting time was 22 minutes. If she knew I was there, I don’t understand why I went from being “on-deck” to waiting time of 22 mins. I think it took me 2 minutes to go to the restroom and back. It’s not my first unpleasant experience with her, with the outmost respect: she needs to work on her people skills.
